Here's a shortened version on life as we know it :). Andrew is working as a mechanical engineer going on 9 months now. He's staying VERY busy... but loving the company he's working for. While he has to work all sorts of crazy hours at times, I am very thankful to have a husband willing to bust his butt to provide for his family. I am VERY blessed to be able to stay at home with our lil man! Eli will be 14 months the first of March, I am not sure where the time went!! Seems like yesterday I was waddling around miserable with a big ol belly... and now I have a precious boy that can walk around like a big boy. It amazes me how smart E is and how quickly he learns new things. We are teaching Eli baby signs and he sure does LOVE using them. He can sign: eat, more, please, thank you, milk, water, cereal, all done, bath, and ball. And he is a jabber box too! He says: mom mom, dadda, bubba, boo (book), ba (ball), up, on, yaya, woah, uh oh, no, hot, hat, nigh nigh, eye (bye) and his newest is "maymay" which we are not sure what that means. I'm sure there are some things I am leaving out, these are just some off the top of my head. We just finished up a hospital stay for Eli, broke my heart. We spent 3 nights, 4 days at Children's Mercy... and although the nurses were great, I hope that's the only time I have to visit! That's enough for one post. I'll be back another day... with another story. :)
And those sad cage cribs...
Feelin a little better...
